Sonic the Hedgehog is a NPC. He is a reference to the official mascot of the series of the same name, which is Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. Sonic runs in a very fast speed, which will make the player have a hard time to catch up on him just like the actual Sonic. He will give you some tasks if you give him chilli dogs.
